Hlinka Gretzky Cup

Noticeable in positive ways throughout the tournament. Didn’t create offense at an elite level but I liked his skating ability, puck skills, pace, physicality, and compete level. He has a high level of energy that he brings by always buzzing around the ice looking for a way to impact the game. Noted on a couple occasions that he brings a strong north-south transitional game. Puck skills are very strong as well– he is capable of deking around players in transition. Combining the puck skills with the skating, pace, and compete level, he is a high-potential player. When he adds more strength and learns to control the puck better, allowing his game to expand to the inside + incorporate more east-west offense generation, he will be a very dangerous player. Raw skillset with lots of room to improve.
